What does the free plan include?
The Free plan is free forever, no card required: one warehouse, one user, the core WMS (orders, stock, picking, locations) and up to 100 orders per month. À la carte modules, the API and more users come with the Start plan.
Can I pay in RON?
Yes. You pick the currency (RON or EUR) when you subscribe; the invoice is issued in the chosen currency.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days. You enter a card up front, but nothing is charged during the trial; the subscription starts automatically at the end. Cancel any time before then.
Can I change my plan or modules any time?
Yes. Turn modules on or off any time from Settings; changes apply immediately, prorated over the remaining period.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
A 7-day grace period. After that, the account is suspended until payment is settled. Nothing is deleted.
Are the modules mandatory?
No. Modules are optional and activated individually: you only pay for what you use. The base plan includes the full WMS.
What happens to my data if I leave?
A full export on request, any time. Permanent deletion 30 days after the contract ends.
